If you think you require more than 30 minutes, enter a different quantity at the shopping cart. Unused time over 30 minutes will remain credited in your Support Account during the duration of your project. Upon completion, unused incident tokens will be refunded to you in full. Partially utilised tokens will be considered fully utilised and no refund will be given.
